Another factor has been added to this NL playoff game -- the wind.
It's been a little breezy all day, but the wind has pickedup considerably in the last half hour or so and now it's blowing hard to right field. That helped the Phillies in the bottom of the third, when Brewers pitcher Yovani Gallardo hit a long ball to left that appeared headed to the corner for extra bases. But the wind pushed it closer to left fielder Pat Burrell, who gloved the ball for the final out of the inning.
Stay tuned to see if that wind impacts the game again -- especially for left-handed hitters like Chase Utley and Ryan Howard.
