SAN FRANCISCO -- A St. Louis medical examiner has determined that Josh Hancock's blood-alcohol level was 0.157 at the time of his fatal accident last Sunday morning. That's nearly twice Missouri's legal limit of 0.08.Also, 8.55 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe used to smoke marijuana were found in Hancock's rented Ford Explorer, and police said Hancock was talking on his cell phone at the time of the crash. Tests to determine if the drugs were in his system haven't been completed.
