Hamels will take the ball tonight at the Ted, looking to get the Phillies off to a strong start in May. Hamels was brilliant in his last road start, the 15-strikeout complete-game gem in Cincinnati. His last outing, at home against the Nationals, was less than stellar. But, still, he kept the Phillies in the game for five innings, certainly giving them a chance to win.
I'll have more from the ballpark in a few hours. Now, though, it's time for lunch at the Vortex, an Atlanta eatery that has some of the best burgers you'll ever taste.
