LOS ANGELES -- Greetings, again, from Dodger Stadium. Couple of notes for you before Game 4:

1. Four players and three coaches who were involved in the last night's dust-up in the third inning have been fined, according to MLB VP Bob Watson. Phils center fielder Shane Victorino ($2,500), reliever J.C. Romero ($1,000) and first-base coach Davey Lopes ($500), and Dodgers pitcher Hiroki Kuroda ($7,500), outfielder Manny Ramirez ($2,500), third-base coach Larry Bowa ($500) and first-base coach Mariano Duncan ($1,000) have been fined.

2. Tonight's lineups feature a few changes. Most notable: The Dodgers are starting Juan Pierre over slumping Matt Kemp in center field.
