Mar. 18 -- LINEUP, HAMELS, MORNING READING

BY SCOTT LAUBER

CLEARWATER, Fla. -- Limited clubhouse access this morning because the Phillies were meeting with former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer, who runs his own sports communication business. Fleischer often is hired to speak with MLB and NFL teams, and
according to his Web site, he helps athletes "handle the bad news and take advantage of the good."

Well, then ...

***
Chase Utley is back at it again today vs. the Blue Jays. Here's the full lineup:

2B Chase Utley
SS Miguel Cairo
RF Greg Dobbs
CF Jayson Werth
LF Matt Stairs
3B Pedro Feliz
1B Chris Coste
C Ronny Paulino
LHP J.A. Happ

***
Cole Hamels is back after having his elbow examined yesterday in Philadelphia. He will address reporters at 12:30, so stay tuned for that.

Also in today's News Journal, we featured top prospect Dominic Brown. I'll have a longer post on him later today, but for now, here's the story. In the notebook, we examine the Phillies' other options for the opening-day starter if Hamels isn't ready.
